Why take this?

Sona Lysinel is a tablet containing 500mg of active L-Lysine. L-Lysine has been shown in studies to have a beneficial effect in accelerating recovery from herpes simplex infections, reducing the severity of the sores and suppressing their recurrence. Each pack contains a strong, 5 day course.

L-Lysine cannot be manufactured in the body. It is therefore vital that adequate amounts be included in the diet.

How to use

At the first sign of a cold sore take TWO tablets THREE times daily, for 3 consequtive days with meals and 1 tablet a day thereafter to prevent recurrence, or as directed by your health professional. This pack provides a 5 day course.

Do not exceed recommended dosage.Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
